Six Week Ultrasound

Jon here - here is the fascinating ultrasound taken last week at a bit over six weeks into the pregnancy, almost one week ago. They tell us most women don't get an ultrasound (or even see a doctor) until ten weeks, but Olivia is getting extra prenatal care due to certain risk factors. One nice side effect of this: we get to see ultrasounds every week!

This is our first look at the baby. Our tiny marisco is shown on the ultrasound as a little diagonal line, right at the tip of the arrowhead. It's a couple millimeters. We're headed back to the doc at 6:3o am tomorrow to get a Week 7 ultrasound, and there should be more to see then!
